Conference COVID-19 Response

A conference of more than 800 people taking place in October needed to communicate with their audience quickly to keep them interested and informed. Since the date of the conference is still several months away, they are keeping an eye on the Coronavirus situation as rapidly changing information becomes available. Many of their attendees have wondered whether or not the outbreak would affect their plans. In order to keep their registered attendees notified, and to make others feel more comfortable planning to attend, we set up a page for Coronavirus updates and developed an email to send to their entire audience. This has enabled them to move forward with plans and promotions for the conference in October, but they are also well-equipped to notify attendees if plans change over time. So far, registrations have continued to increase even during the crisis and uncertainty!
